                         A huge shout out to the author for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I will be honest and admit that I was a little concerned after reading the first chapter of this book. It presented as a full on body horror that was focused on sexual imagery. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not a prude, but I have experienced a number of books in this sub genre of horror that are more gratuitous than substantial.

This was not one of them!

What followed was a well crafted, fast paced horror novel that kept me up well past bedtime. I appreciated the well developed characters ( both human and demonic), and was excited to read a "Hell on earth" novel that didn't end up feeling preachy. I must say the editing done was excellent. There was no wasted time or long windedness here....just fast paced fun!

The ending was not rushed and left the "door" wide open for a future visit to Hollow Creek.

On to the next!
